Privacy Policy

When you create a VoiceLala account, join the waitlist, or contact us, we may collect your email address, authentication method, platform preference, and any message you choose to send.

Email passwords are stored as one-way password hashes. We use verification and password-reset emails to protect account access. If you choose Google or Discord sign-in, we store the provider account identifier and verified email address needed to recognize the account; we do not receive or store your provider password.

Waitlist entries are stored in a database operated by VoiceLala. We use them for launch updates, early-access information, product notices, and direct responses to your request. Duplicate entries are not retained as separate signups.

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and CTA performance. Analytics data helps us improve landing pages, conversion paths, and product messaging.

We use submitted information to send launch updates, early access information, product notices, and responses to direct inquiries.

We retain account, session, and waitlist information only while it is needed to provide the service, protect accounts, and support launch communications. You may request deletion by contacting us at the address below.
